Delicious Wagyu Beef

We are very excited to be offering our pasture raised D-Quarter Circle Wagyu Beef. Our cows live in an stress-free environment and have never been given antibiotics or hormones. They are raised on Eagle Butte Ranch in Paonia, Colorado and on T-Lazy-7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado. Wagyu cows are best known for their ability to produce tender, marbled beef that grades above prime cuts, as well as naturally containing higher Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids and more monounsaturated fatty acids (the good fat) than other beef breeds. We sell a variety of individual cuts, as well as ½ and ¼ cows. Products are sold through Eagle Butte Ranch and D-Quarter Circle Beef.

Farm Fresh Eggs

During the summer months our chickens are allowed to roam free on Eagle Butte Ranch or T-Lazy-7 Ranch. They spend most of the day grazing and foraging for grubs in our nearby hay fields. The happy hens provide a stream of multicolored farm fresh eggs that are exceptionally high in nutrition. These eggs are coveted by local families and are rarely on the shelves for long.

Our amazing honeybees spend a busy summer harvesting pollen from high altitude Rocky Mountain wildflowers and organic alfalfa fields. The flowers they visit lay the foundation for their honey’s exquisite flavor. Not only is honey a perfect natural sweetener, it is also thought that honey from your local ecosystem can help reduce seasonal allergies.
