Only 15 minutes from Snowmass and 5 minutes from Aspen, the T-Lazy-7 spreads over 230 private acres whose seclusion is enhanced by a quarter of a million acres of surrounding National Forest. We have rental units on our grounds. that are in close proximity to skiing. Three miles of private fishing streams, beaver ponds, rolling pastures, thick stands of aspen and pine, waterfalls horses and animals galore grace our exquisite valley.

• The Ranch borders National Forest and Wilderness for miles of X-country skiing in the winter on the groomed snowmobile trail to Maroon Bells.  Please note that snowmobiles will be encountered on this trail.

• 3½ miles from Aspen with free shuttles from the Highlands ski area to town, operated by the RFTA bus service.
