unequaled! T-Lazy-7 Snowmobiles is closed Sunday and Monday for tours, except
for Christmas week.
Independence Tours...Take a day off of skiing to tour the Historic Ghost Town of Independence. Spend a day in the high country,
snowmobiling past frozen blue crystal waterfalls and unsurpassed snowy vistas. Warm up in a rustic cabin with a hot,
cheeseburger lunch from our own naturally-raised, grass-fed beef.
Then, ride back to Aspen for
aprés-ski. This tour begins 5 miles south of Aspen where the road ends and the trail begins. Included are guides, transportation, a hot lunch, and snowmobile boots and suits (if you need them) at no additional expense. No experience
required, but there is a minimum age of 9 years old for passengers. The tour cost for a single rider is
$240 and for a double (two persons on one snowmobile) is $360, for this 3
1/2 to 4 hour tour. The tour leaves at twice daily at
9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Klondike Lunch Tour... Enjoy a snowmobile tour into the White River National Forest, thru the prettiest scenery anywhere. Arrive at the rustic Klondike cabin with a spectacular view of the 14,000 foot Pyramid Peak. Hunker down to a gourmet,
natural, ranch-raised beef cheeseburger meal with all the fixins'. This is
lean meat from our own local grass-fed beef that is high in heart-healthy
Omega 3's. A tour not to be missed.
Excellent setting for groups. Twice daily at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for 2 1/2
- 3 hours. $220 single, $330 double. Perfect for the beginner, with a minimum age of 3
years old for passengers.
Maroon Bells Tours...Our most popular tour. Come on out to the T-Lazy-7 and ride a snowmobile all the way to the lake at the base of the world famous Maroon Bells - North America's most photographed mountains. Warm up with a cup of hot cocoa at Maroon Lake then explore our miles of groomed trails through thick aspen groves and cruise over wide open meadows. Two hour tours leave the T-Lazy-7 at 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., & 2:30 p.m. The tour cost for a single rider is
$200 and for two persons on a single machine is $300. No experience
necessary, with minimum age of 3 years old for passengers.

On the tours providing lunch, enjoy an all-you-can-eat cheeseburger meal
made with our own ranch-raised, natural grass-fed beef from our Maine-Anjou
cattle. Our animals are raised without hormones or antibiotics on
chemical free grass. This will be the leanest, healthiest and best tasting burger
you have ever eaten! If you are vegetarian, please tell the office
when you make your reservation and we will happily accommodate you.
-
Due to insurance regulations, all drivers must be 18 years or older to operate the
machines.
-
Renters are responsible for any damages to the snowmobiles. Like a motor vehicle, the cost of repair can be astronomical. Great care is to be taken to avoid accidents.
We do not offer renter's insurance for the snowmobiles, sorry.
-
A signed, notarized release of liability is required before participation.
-
Dress warmly as if skiing with apres-ski type boot and
bring your own gloves. We provide the required helmets, which have a
clear, protective visor. Sunglasses will usually fit under the visor. A limited number of suits and boots are available at no extra cost if needed.
-
A credit card is required at time of reservation, and a 50% deposit is retained for any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
