Pantry is a peaceful, private cabin with a large king sized bedroom with new galley kitchen,  upgraded livingroom and bathroom for $975 plus gas/electric. Two other apartmets in the building have entrances on the other side of the building.

Views out the front door are of lawns, a volleyball court, community garden. Parking is just a few feet from the front door.
